How to order the products

Our company manufactures “Made by Order” products and sometimes
storages the products therefore we need to request our customers to
contact us before order so we could be able to provide any details or
information like quotation, stock numbers of product or numbers of more production since we need to have sufficient manufacture duration.

Manufacture duration

Typically, our manufacture duration will be 15-30 days after the order
and in cases of any specific orders or production line problems, we will inform to our customers before the orders.

Payment

The customers need to put up the earnest payment for 30% of entire
product price and need to pay for the 70% rest after the product arrival (the manufacture will be started after the orders or earnest payment).

Product delivery

In case of sufficient stock products and the delivery would be conducted within Bangkok and surrounding areas, the company will directly deliver the products but in case of regional delivery, the company will conduct the delivery through private shipping companies or provide payable on delivery method.
